Don't know what those letters mean but Boggers smaller than 35s will balance out OK and will be fine at normal speeds. Larger ones like any Swamper, especially bias tires, aren't exactly round so they don't like to balance. I've ran 65 on my 38s and it rode smooth and I mounted them and don't run any weight.

EDIT: They are 33x14x15r

My friend had 33" Radial TSL's on his Expedition and it would cruise @ 80 no problem. Of course bias ply tires in bigger sizes may be different.

I have seen plenty of mall crawlers run Swampers at high way speeds. It all depends on the balnce of them as well as how much air pressure they have.

I have run my bias ply tsl swampers to 85-90mph but they are the 33x12.50r15s so a smidge less wide. The boggers online say DOT approved which means highway legal. I would get a spare set of cheapy tires to run on the road if you are going to be on road a lot. No point in ruining a perfectly good set of tires.

I had 33x12.5R16 bias boggers, ran them at 80-85mph on the highway. They lasted about 8000 miles before being completely bald, but handled the speed just fine.

I have run several types of swamper tires and ran them at highway speeds and or towed boat or what not. No issue. As long as you know the condition of your tires and they are not cracked or compromised then you can dive like any other tire out there other than noise or vibes depending on size.
