Default MAP sensor adjuster?

has any one tried the leigh performance MAP sensor adjusters? are they any good? are there any other adjusters out there that are buyable. i read about one from turbo city but it seems like they don't make it anymore. I'm not very good with electronics so i don't think building one my self is the reliable way to go.

heres the link to leigh performance if you'd like to look http://www.strokedjeep.com/regulator.html
