Don't gata be like that man just let it bounce off. I had a straight pipe on mine and it idles almost like a diesel but its unlike any v8 or v6. But its REALLY loud straight piped and mine backfired often at full throttle.

Don't let the haters get ya down.

It's your rig, build it the way you want.

I was about to say the same thing

On the other hand, Everyone on this forum has asked a question without searching for "dead threads". I have search numerous times using exact quotes for threads I knew existed, even ones I had created but could never find.

Stick with it, this is a great forum minus a few haters

Yeah what's with the hate. Good thing he didn't ask a stupid question like "How can I tell if I have LP or HP D30."

Hope you stick around OP.

If you open your hood and are half blind in one eye and fully blind in the other you can tell the difference between a v6 and a strait 6. Counting the number of fins on the back of your axle before you spend hundreds of dollars on gears is important. I don't mind making a jeep sound louder, just one of the things that grinds my gears is when people call it a v6, ahem auto parts store guy.

No no no. Just run a pipe directly from the header threw the hood. That would be bad ***.
