Default Lowering my Cherokee. Advice needed.

Just bought a Cherokee which the PO installed a RC 6.5 short arm lift. Obviously I'm not a fan of this lift nor the height and I'm wanting to go down in the ballpark of 3 to 3.5".

I got the front figured out I'm a little confused what to do for the rear.
I'm leaning towards hd off road relocators, new shackles and OME 2" leafs to net be around the height I want. I'm compensating for the few inches a aftermarket shackle and the relocators will give me and im trying to avoid the no lift relocators.
any advice and help is greatly appreciated if there is more options for 2 2.5 inch leaf packs.

I know when I did 3.5" leafs with the standard bolt in HD Offroad relocation bracket and 6" shackles (at a 45° angle), I was at about 6-6.5" lift. I had to go with the no lift relocation brackets and 5.5" shackles to get it back down to around 4". You could probably get away with the Country package springs, 6.5" shackles (mounted in the lowest position), and the no lift brackets and get around a 3" lift.

only thing about the no lifts was I read they are a PITA without a plasma cutter.
I also was just going to get rid of the shackles that is on the 6.5 lift and go with a better shackle.

It was super easy for me. Basic tools. Just drill out as many spot welds as you can. You will be left with one 4" section of the box to cut and you are done. Took like 15 min a side.

Different shackles wont make your angle any better. Only the relocation box will. And trust me, its worth it for the better ride alone.

oh for sure man, I'm definitely gonna do the relocations, just gotta figure out which rear leaf pack I'm going to go with. I heard stock shackles won't work so I gotta figure out whiwhich setup will get me in the 3 to 3.5 range and then just get some 3 inch coils up front and get it level.

I went with the shackles from Core 4x4. Another guy on here did the same thing with great results.

Ive got rancho 1.5" leafs, hdor no lifts and boostwerks shackles. Im sitting at 3". Setup works like a charm. No lifts were a walk in the park to install. I used a sawzall and grinder. No plasma.

wish that was close man, I'm thinking just take out one of the short leafs on my rough country pack and see how it sits like that for the time being. it's hard to not lift these things above 4 inches.
