Loose speaker wire connections
So I recently installed new door speakers however the metal clips are loose and easily come off. I was unaware at the time that a wire adapter existed that took the OEM plug and transferred it to after market plugs. If that doesn’t make sense here is what I'm talking about:

Since I didn't think of this, I cut off the original black plug and soldered on the new connectors to the wire however they are extremely loose. How can I make sure these connections are secure? Is there anyway I could reinstall the OEM plug and then buy the adapter?
Thanks

Are your new connectors the female spade connectors? (the male ones should be on the speakers, right?) If so, just squeeze them "closed" more, so they grip the male ends more. I wouldn't waste money on the connectors. The only reason I would buy those if I was planning on selling the Jeep soon, and was planning on replacing the stock speakers once sold.
