Gears can get expensive.

And there is nothing wrong with an after market exhaust.

Im not lifted everything is stock right now. I just want a nice performance exhaust that I can bolt on. And I would like to do an intake at the same time. It wouls be cool if someone could link me to some decent priced set ups

as for the exhaust I say build a custom mandrel bent one
and strongly consider replacing your header. doesn't even have to be performance. do some research. there are things that are worth buying and some things that are definitely not

technically, a new header is bolt on.. but anyway. the intake goes throught the cowl and sucks in cold air, thus it is a true cold air intake.

^^^ what atmos said is true, but when it pulls the air from the cowl it gets a little noisy inside your jeep. thats the only reason i dont have one yet

oh yeah. correct. my jeep is a toy so I generally never think about stuff like that. but the sound of an intake through the firewall sounds badazz if you asked me

this is banks, i love em!!! i just put on their torks tube header and ported my intake, also about to get the cat back done probably stick with banks, solid stuff, check the site out

although that quadretec air intake might be my next move!!! , looks a little more fluent than the banks cold air for my 2000
