What do the shackel relocation boxes do to specifically help? Does it give more flex or what?

allow you to move the top of the shackle forward to get a better angle. with the jeep's weight on it they should be at about 45 degrees.

If I may id like to chime in on the lca brand question. I have iron rock offroad long arms and I love em. Flex is increadible, and they have been a great company to deal with. Here is a pic with mine almost maxed out up front

And here is the way it sits

Thats five inches of lift and id say its pretty low. The rear relocation brackets did wonders for the ride, and flex of my leafs too. Id really recomend them

Just want to add my .02$
running nice and low like that is a great idea. Build in the name of down travel. the problem you will have is the arm hitting the frame. the curved arms, like rustys and some others will not work because the bend hits the frame.
My jeep sits under 4" of lift with the winch and bumper on 35's and works awesome. I have made quite an effort to get the rear to work well also, and it involved the right shackle, spring combo and angle, but it works great and has tons of down travel.
my front 16" shocks show roughly 4" of tube at ride height and will just about compress fully, and will also droop wo within 1/2" of fully extending. and this is only because the radius arms bind before it can fully flex.
What I like the most is that it is incredibly stable, and it works awesome.
I have extended the front bumpstops with hockey pucks on the axle side, and Im waiting to add plates to the rear leaf retainer plates for the rear.
heres the most recent pic I have, and with no winch it easily sits 1/2" higher in front

and it works

oh, and my arms are built by me with ruffstuff heims and poly axle end bushings. Radius style for now

I need to ask at this point what is the radius style, I get y- link, and some what under stand 3 link even though I haven't seen one to full grasp it.

Same as y-link. It's a y-link radius arm technically I guess

This is a radius arm or Y-link arm set-up. like stated above this will bind limiting suspension travel

Hey man I see no shackle relocation, how did you get your shackle at that angle? NVM boomerangs..... They work as well as shackle relocation?

They help, and are better then a regular straight shackle. there not as affective or able to be fine tuned like a relocation. but work well. I have the H.D. relocation brackets. my shackle angle at ride height.

Pic of the bracket installed.
