Would you be referring to the passenger side LCA mount? If so, I would recommend that you get it fixed ASAP and not drive it otherwise.

Youll be fine to take it off, you can even leave it off for good. A couple other companies sell their LA kits without a passenger side UCA. Youll finde that it will flex better as well.

The lower control arm mount is fine its the upper control arm mount that is pretty much snapped and just curious how dangerous is it to run the y link setup like IRO does with their kit? Only reason im asking this because its my DD and i dont have the money at the moment to buy nickel rods for my stick welder to re weld the mount back on

Unless the mount itself is cast then you shouldnt need to buy nickel rod. Unless i'm missing something?

you will gain no flex and make your suspension weaker than stock.

the only cast is the center section. nothing special needed to weld it.

you can drive on it, i wouldnt exactly wheel on it though.

Please explain how this kit

with the UPPER PASSENGER CONTROL ARM the one that is not cast, not sure how that even came up but, removed is any different and/or less safe than this one?

You should be able to drive without one upper link on a radius arm set up.

The better question would be what caused the failure?
