Hey everyone, got a question about a lockrite locker installed on a hp D30. The locker is not ratcheting on turns and is basically acting as a mini spool. Any ideas what would cause this? The install instructions were followed and the differential setup is within spec.

Haha. Indeed. It sounds like your locker is not able to unlock. If you jack up the front end can you get it to work? Might pull the diff cover and verify its in there right.

remove cover and check to see if pins and springs are seated correctly.
hopefully the pins didn't get bent or the retaining holes didn't round out.
if that's the case, your locker is desk art.
