See short video on Nord Lock washers. Looks like a nice way to secure driveline and suspension parts that tend to loosen on our offroad rigs.
I got a sample set at a trade show and found them to be extremely interesting.

On the sample I got, you hand tighten a wingnut with not too much force, and then you find you cannot loosen it with full hand force, you must then need pliers to back off the wing nut.

The data provided gives interesting results on traditional locking methods.
