Personal opinion, I love the ride quality and they do flex surprisingly decent (no pics, sorry). I bought these because I don't do a lot of crawling, this jeep is my main commuter and I wanted a nice ride and because very few people have them, i like being different. My problem is with my axle it seems, to install my axle i had to pull it to one side of the jeep and then push on the spring pack inward with my foot to get the pin to line up with the perch. This inward bind that is a result of my perches being too close causes the rest of the pack to fan out ward thus rubbing on the slider, as you can see in the pics. As much as i love the ride quality im considering swapping them out for some HD no lift relocator boxes and going back to the shackle. Or i may just redo the perches..More than capable just don't want to go that in depth with it.

I've been eye balling those for years because I figured they would be the best option for ride quality.

I may end up doing an 8.25 swap here soon. I dont want to get those no lift boxes and then decide later to go back to the sliders.. decisions decisions.
Because i really like the ride of these.. like really, really.

Have you noticed any negative characteristics driving on road sense having them.

none at all. Still have my front sway bar, so it drives as good as any properly aligned lifted jeep would.

I've seen them with the proper shocks drop the wheels down below the rockers so I'm not worried about flex. Main reason I like them so much is the no lift and ride quality. Yea I can do no lift relocators but the boomerang shackle alone will add an inch or two, can't tell until it's done. I also like being different. Mine isn't a DD but so far I'm liking the sliders for my reasons. If you end up taking them off PM please and I'll make you an offer on them.

Thanks for the info Bluemax. Did you go from stock shackles to the sliders? Did the height change?

No, the jeep had a 4.5" RE lift on it when I bought it that used a 1.25" lift shackle with a 3" leaf pack. So in my situation it netted me no more, or less lift than i already had. Going from stock, expect a 1" or so lift.

Thanks there website says this "Low center of gravity design provides ZERO LIFT over stock shackles."

I would think I would have lost an inch of lift then if that were the case?? unless I'm thinking about it wrong.
Here's a picture of the RE shackle lined up to the mounting locations, looks pretty close to me lol

I installed some Dorman leaves and LI sliders in one move. I'm 3" above factory height now. LI says the sliders provide 0 lift, but my pinion angle was more than 3 degrees elevated, and while it is possible I got a set of Dorman springs that are giving me 3" of lift, I'm suspicious. I wish I had my stock shackles to compare, but sadly I tossed them.

When they first came out they were claiming 0-1/2" of lift. An inch is fine to me any way. How's the ride with them?
