I would try bringing in the power leads through the firewall on the driver side and follow the OEM harness along the door frame. Bring it up the B pillar and through the roof inside the roof rack rail with a rubber grommet and a little silicon to seal it. Any exposed wire cover with some split tubing to protect from sunlight damage.

i ran mine through the fender, and tucked under my windshield rubber thing. Worked great. No holes or anything.

I ran mine all the way through the jeep to the rear hatch and up to and down the roof rack so there's like 3 inches of taped wire. I don't mind how it looks and it works great

Did the same thing, works and looks great. Unbolt three bolts in the fender under the hood, pull it back, squeeze your wires in. Run them up with weather stripping on the windshield as mentioned above, there ya go!

Up between the finder and the little grill thingy, up the side of the window, to the rack. You can hardly see anything
