lifting one more inch
yes I want one more inch don't we all. lol jeep has a rustys 4.5 lift with full leaks and stock shackles. I got Rubicon express 5.5 coils and 2 inch boomerang shackles for the rear and a 3 link to go in. question is are the shackles and coils gonna make it level or am I gonna need a relocation kit and play around with the adjustments to level it out more? anyone done this or have suggestions? I know I will prob need new rear shims but just trying to get it lifted before the fine adjustment happends.

Theoretically, yes. However you never know when you mix and match until you do it

are they two inch lift shackles, or just two inch shackles. cause two inch shackles will get you one inch lift.
and by boomerang shackles, do you mean expandable articulating shackles, like the teraflex kind? if so, you need to be kind of weary with those. even tho i've ran them with 6 inches of lift, they can have the possibility of unloading on you given the right circumstance. ie, bumping down a decline as if it's a ditch sorta thing. they can unload and lock in the open position on you.
it's never happened to me, and i've wheeled hard in those circumstances many times, but just putting it out there.
otherwise, i've ran those 5.5 inch RE coils with 4.5 inch leafs and two inch RE shackles (that's how the 5.5 inch RE kit comes) and it wheels great.

ok. if adjustable, then you gain 1 to 1.5 inches of lift.
if they don't have the two holes at the top, then you only gain 1 inch.
if they are 2 inch shackles, you gain 1 inch. if 3 inch shackles, you gain 1.5
just an fyi, stock comanche shackles gain you .75 over stock on an xj

sounds like you're well on your way there.
what are you running for control arms and track bar?
you will also need a track bar drop bracket if you haven't one yet.
and adjustable sway bar end links. i like JKS, but any will work if they're long enough. you can also get sway bar drop brackets

It has rustys offroad drop bracket for tracbar with rustys adjustable end links. I have a rock krawler 3 link long arm ready to go in. I wanna get coils in and shackles see where it sits make sure it level and good then put new rear shins for pinion angle with new u bolts and dirt bound u bolt plate and bump stops and front bump stops with longer front brake lines then weld in center section u ivory plate and three link then weld in rear unibody plate. Looking to do that and hopefully clear 35s all before the winter.

So started to to the work yesterday got the old shackles out new shackles didn't come with bushing sleeves so I had to order those and I bought the jeep from a buddy and he lost the spline key to take the lug nuts off so I can't even take the wheels off. I got about 15min into everything and I had to stop. Lol waiting on parts now sucks!
