Put a new trackbar, swaybar bushings mount bushings, and rancho steering stabilizer on today. Do I need to get another alignment done as I just had one done two days ago?

My jeep 5.5-6 inches liftes I have factory swaybar but 6in endlinks. I have no wobble except wen turning sharp goin over 45mph. I currently need wheel bearings but other then that my steering is exceptionally great forvthe 33s and lift I am running
