I beleive so because any deformation in the wheel can change the shape of the tire, making it out of round or having a hump or dip. It could still be balanced but the it's the tire tread that would be out of 'true'.
I suggest replacing the wheel/rim if it has been comprimised.

Hey guys, I have been really busy with college so i havent had time to really try everything. But I with regards to the dented wheel, when i got new tires they moved it from the back to the front and The vibes i get are the same from before it was moved. Plus the guy at the shop said it didnt compromise the wheel. But i did just remember last winter i hit a curb sideways after sliding on ice and it hit pretty hard, but i checked everything out and it seemed fine. Plus i was getting the vibes before and after the incident. Could that play a part in it though?
