Are all 4 tires new? Are all 4 the same make and model? Mismatched tires can cause issues sometimes even if all are balanced.

Lastly, did you remove the Rear drive-shaft and drive with front only in 'Part-Time 4'. I have had to do this for troubleshooting, with results.
You mentioned already removing the front and driving it with no change.

Havnt done a follow vehicle, and yes all tires are the same brand and all are brand new. I can try the no rear ds and give it a shot. and they harmonic balancer would cause bad vibes?

Balancer would come apart most likey at this speed...

Grab your drive shafts front and rear see if they have play in the slip joint.

Part time is only for slippery surfaces. Full time is for dry roads. It may not not matter with only one DS but just saying.

Correct. but having the 242 and using Full-Time with no rear drive-shaft the jeep will not move. Center differential will turn instead.

So I took a look at the link and along with what everyone said I am going to look into new u joints and a harmonic balancer

Harmonic Balancer is a long shot.
Did you inspect the axle u-joints?
How about lifting front wheels off the ground and check wheel bearings and balljoints for any play. There should be none.

well guys, took her out for a ride tonight and guess what. Getting death wobble from 40-45 it isnt bad but i can feel it. Its fine before and after that speed. up until 65 of course then the vibes set in. Im still going to replace u joints to see if that does anything.
