Default Lift questions

I have a 4.5 lift and was going to put a long arm lift. Is there any pros and cons to going with a 6.5 long arm lift instead of a 4.5 long arm lift.

They should be the same , the only difference is length in the arms but (i believe all long arms are adjustable , what kit are you looking at ?

If you are going from 4.5" to 6.5" you'll need new shocks and longer brake lines as well.

And this might help too:

the clayton kit says its good from 4-8 inches of lift. so the arms are the same but you adjust the ends. rough country doesnt come close to the quality of clayton. you get what you pay for. clayton is a far better product
