Limit straps are good so you DON'T over extend things.Used properly, it can help you out big time when you need it...also depends on what kind of suspension you run as well...

I have all rc stuff. Would I buy it again? Probably not because I want a long arm lift and I'm probably going to go with another brand for that but I didn't have a problem with any of my stuff and I haven't broken or had any springs sag or anything. And I am not easy on my jeep. They aren't bad for a cheap basic lift.

Huh. Limit straps are lame, eh? Guess I'll tell that to all the guys running them on their ultra 4 rigs out at King of the Hammers this year, haha!
