about 3 days with 2 people to do the back and an afternoon by myself to do the front. The first two days were trying to get the back lower shackle bolts out w/o having to cut anything, breaking bolts on the hitch since it was in the way... abandoning that, trying to take shackles out from top bolt, abandoning that, eventually just cutting the bolts and waiting for new ones to come in. oh yeah and getting bug spray to deal with the black widows that were living under my jeep that decided to surface after all the banging with the punch to deal with 3/4 bad upper shock bolts. oh and not to mention the busted wheel stud that held me up, the snapped socket, the busted jack, the leaf center pins being the wrong size, etc... but the front went pretty smooth once I dropped everything so I didn't have to use a spring compressor.

Everyone beats it to death, but you really can't stress the importance of the PB Blaster.... Dare I see it's even more important than the jackasses who always have to yell about how the search function is your friend on every post... PB is a better friend! Trust me. But since you said it was lifted already you might be fine if it wasn't done too long ago and you don't live in the rust belt.

Just worked on my brothers lift on his CJ and while leafs front and back mounted under the axle makes for a much easier time, it went really quick because I brought a sawzall and grinder and just cut everything! and had new bolts ready to go.

Edit: nevermind... You're done! Oh well, disregard the above novel then. 18 hours is not bad at all, she looks good! Wow it's 2am, no wonder I'm rambling... sorry for the rant, guess that had to come out so I chose here to finally ***** about it, so thanks!

After reading some of the times it took you guys....I guess I got lucky. I didnt have one bolt break or strip. I did my 4.5 RC x-series with a guy that had experience on lifts and jeeps...had all the tools...and a hydrolic lift. Took us about 13 hrs including time to go get food and eat and worked at a very casual pace.
