Question Lift and brush guard question

Hey, so I have a 99XJ and I want to put a 2" lift kit on it, Im new at this whole thing and dont know much about lift kits or the components,

Whats the best kit I can buy that will affect the handling/stability the least and still be something I dont have to worry about breaking on me.(and is inexpensive) I do the majority driving on pavement but want to be able to take it off road when I want to, I have 15" wheels with 30"+1 tires and they rub in my fender whenever I go over a bump. besides the wheels and tires everything is stock.

also whats a good brush guard I can buy that can attach to a stock bumper, or would it be cheaper to buy a new bumper with a brush guard?

look into old man emu lifts. not as cheap but probably the best 2" kit out there. if you can't afford the lift i would piece one together. buy some 2" coils separately, do a bastard pack in the rear, use some YJ brake lines, and some JK rubi shocks and you're done. the OME lift would ride way better though.

seriously all you need for a 2" lift is coil spacers, and shackles. would ride perfect and perform great.
