Default Kit im going with

So after tons of searching and talking to some local jeep guys i decided to go with an iron rock offroad kit.

its a 3" lift and its not too exspensive, the only thing is it comes with add a leaf springs, does anyone know a good 3" leaf spring i should buy for the rear? also, for a 3 inch lift i wouldnt need a transfer drop box right? just a ajustabe track bar and prob a steering stabalizer?

Someone suggest a good steering stabalizer and track bar??

Keep in mind, that is a Rough Country kit. Rides like its namesake. If you get more than 1 year out of the shocks I would be suprised.
Iron rock has their own coils and leafs and RockKrawler coils. Either would be much better.
Bilstein shocks are economical, perform very well, and will last.
SeriousOffroad has 3.5" leaf packs for $110 each.
At 3" you may or may not need a SYE. Depends on your set-up. I went 4.5" and vibes started below 10 mph.
Manuals are shorter than autos and offer a longer drive-shaft. The 231 TC is shorter than the 242. And a Dana 35 is shorter than an 8.25. It will all depend.

Best of Luck,

Eh, its up to you man. Id prefer the BDS 3" kit but thats just me. They always stand behind their products with a no fineprint warranty. For 3" i would want an adjustable track bar and SYE for sure. Personally i value ride quality and handling as well as durability. You could easily grab a front ds at the yard and use it for the rear one you have the sye. As for the steering stabilizer thats up to you. Im not running one. Im solid. Zone makes a decent 3" kit as well. I would take that kit over RC or rustys any day.

It's for the TJ (Wrangler) and the XJ (Cherokee).

And another for SeriousOffroad.
