Default Just a quick disc brake question

I have a '91 XJ with the AW4 automatic and what I am pretty sure is the Dana 35 rear axle. No abs, none of that special junk as far as I know.

I am not looking to start an Axle War here. I know nearly everyone here will scream "The D35 is junk. It's a turd! Scrap it and toss an 8.25 or D44 in."

Someone is selling the rear disc parts (e-brake cables, baking plates, rotors, calipers, etc.) from a 96 ZJ. Will these bolt directly onto my current D35 without any or little modification? Also, will the axles still have to be removed to swap them in? Thanks!

yes it will bolt in.
you will need longer wheel studs & new / modified e brake cables, napa sell them off the shelf.
you will need to pull the axels.
plenty of write ups on the net. with all the details.
Should take an afternoon, if you have everything ready b4 you start.

If you're going to a Napa store, get (10) #641-3115 wheel studs and these brake cables; #95064, #95969.
