I was at the junkyard today and scored sun visors with mirrors that light up out of a 1998 and I scored power side mirrors off that 1998. I have a 1995. So how do I hook up the one wire for the visors so they get power and come on? Also, will the side mirrors bolt on without hassle and can I configure the power feature when I secure the wiring ect..

If you're real good with wiring you might get the mirrors to work. You don't need power to set them in place. Click-n-go. They're a direct bolt in. Excellent upgrade!
I'm thinking that in a '95 the wiring for the visors is already there. Just remove the trim on the driver side, & possibly the headliner to access the wiring harness. There might be (should be?) a separate connector there for the visors. Might have to shift the headliner back to get to those. I can't say whether or not they'll match up tho! Did you get the other end of the connector from the donor vehicle? Then all you'd have to do is splice wires.

The power mirror switch wiring should be underneath the center council on a 95, its on the door panel in a 98 which isnt a big deal.
I think the visor are the easiest. 1 hot wire running in and the ground, could verify before you install it with a battery
