Vampire the stock harness? uh-oh
The cigar lighter flows limited amps. Are you guys installing heated seats? Also, is the amp rating for the seat motors known?
I'm sure it will be OK for normal use. But run both motors on both seats at the same time, there might be trouble.
On my 1996 there is an 'ACC' port on fuse panel that is switched power. Top right of panel in driver footwell.

i done the zj front and back seat swap as well. both my front are power. only 2 wires you connect to. ground and power. i ran a 20A inline fuse for each of the front seats and connect straight to the fuse box under the hood. as far as the back seats go it's kinda pain in da butt but pretty easy. you need to trim the cushion brackets and relocate about 3.5" from it's original hole. the rear side behind the driver's seat need to need to be trim 1" front and side cuz it's wide. if you don't trim the side off specially you won't be able to close the door.
This is slightly off-topic, but do you guys have any idea what the wires under my front seat do? Are they for a power option or what? They are exposed under the seat but then go under the carpet and lead who knows where...I'll have to double check but I don't think they're connected to anything...
Nope the clockspring is different. I was looking at the same idea when I added my cruise you can use the clockspring from a neon by changing the plugs, but it's frown apon on here as you are messing with airbag system. The switches you need to pay attention too as they don't cross with each other years 97 and 98 are different from 99,00,01. Has to do with the resistors . The servo I believe is the same but may have to change the plug.
I may be the only one who had this problem... but I had to trim some of the plastic from the sides of my ZJ seats because it kept rubbing the B pillar since I have the seat all the way to the rear... I just used a dremel and hacked some of the plastic side trim off the seat...

on the driver side there is the seat belt sensor plug. It comes from under the center console. On the passenger side under the carpet are power seat wires. There are two, one is the + and the other I'm unsure of. There should also be an empty ground on the hump where the front of the seat bolts to. I ran wires from the drivers side under the carpet to this and wired the passenger too it as well. Fuse 29 I believe in the kick panel is for the power seats. I think it's a 20 amp. Put it in and they should work.

Also keep in mind new struts are too powerful to be used on the hood.
I used my old ones on my 2000, one was shot, the other was still decent. Little bit strong for a hood but the good ones was getting worse and should soften up soon.
The later model ones can be mounted with 10mm ball mounts from an RV store, and the lowers just bolt in place.

I played a bit with the hood side, and didn't want it going super high as I have a cowl hood on my future.
