Ok so I call rubicon express to order a new heim joint for my track bar and they aren't doing business right now but will be soon. Well I can't wait to replace this thing, makes to much noise and handles like crap. Anyone know where I can buy a rubicon express heim joint other then from them or know what size johnny joint I can use as a replacement? I have the 4.5" re1600 lift on my jeep and the heim joint is described as 3/4" x 3/4" Left hand thread heim joint. Any help would be fantastic.

Dan at Ruff Stuff can help you out and he's a vendor on here. Johnny joint would require a new mount on the frame side because it needs a double sheer.

I'm in the same boat, any heim with a3/4" bore and witha 3/4" 16tpi LH shank will do,
I haven't mounted mine yet so I went and ordered a currie johnny joint to fit
have you checked to see if the hole in the mount wallowed out? it happens if you don't torque it/ check it
edit:
this will do http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/34RE.html

yah use any 3/4 by 3/4 LHT heim . ! i have the same trac bar and i replaced the heim. but i also flipped the heim 90degrees to create the double shear style, of course i had to make a new beefier frame side bracket, but it hasnt failed me yet and ive been rockin it now for a year or so . with the way it was before i was going through heims every couple months . goood luck !

The RE Trac Bar heim joint is actually a 5/8" bore with 3/4" mis-align spacers. So you need a 3/4x16 left hand thread heim with a 5/8" bore. I just replaced mine with a QA1 from Jegs, part # QA1PCML10-12T. Worked great. Im not sure on the size of the johnny joint.
