Hey guys,
So I recently installed a 2.5'' OME lift with JKS quicker disconnects. After measuring the angle of the sway bar on the drivers side to 15°, I found that the passenger side sway bar connecter needed to be appx. 0.75'' shorter than the drivers side connecter. This puzzled me, especially after measuring the stock sway bar connecters which are the same length driver and passenger side.
Any ideas?

Are you measuring from the same points?
Mounts for the links bent at the axle?
Sway bar bent?
Sway bar bushings identical/installed?
Same suspension height right and left?
Seems like an interesting problem, curious to hear what it ends up being.

JKS Discos has 3 different lengths, which are adjustable within a certain length. So yes, they have different lengths.
Here's a link to the website with the 3 different lengths.

On level ground? Back when I ran a sway bar and would go to connect it after a ride sometimes I'd have to push down on one side or lift a little due to uneven ground. a little bit will do it, front or rear.

Interesting, I always thought mine were the only ones that did that... Figured my springs were just crappy or somethin and one started sagging more than the other. I'm not sure but my JKS links are the same way, one is adjusted out longer than the other. And yes, that's flat ground

Yes this was measured on level ground. I just remeasured each side, the passenger side is 0.5'' shorter than the driver side.
The mounts do not appear to be bent, however I could see how a slight bend could cause this difference.
The sway bar itself is not bent, the bushings are the stock ones, and the right height is the same driver and passenger.
Is it common to have a 'pop' sound from the disconnects while traveling over uneven rocky trails?
