I went with JKS on the track bar and disconnects. I've been very happy with them. They make a quality product.

At 3" a trac bar is not needed (4"-4 1/2 "+ taller lifts). Most of the discos you are see are for up to 4 1/2" lifts so they will also work for your 3" lift

yes the disconnects say "ONLY fits models with 3.5-6in lift" but they will probably work a 3in lift.
