jeep keeps dying

jeep keeps dying
I have a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee, I had a motor put in it about a year ago. Well it keeps dying on me. It'll run for about a day but once it sit for a period of time the battery goes dead. I'll charge the battery and once again itll day after it sits. Alternator has been tested numerous times , so that's not it. Please help
