Does anybody run these? I can't find enough pictures/info about them. I read through the install instructions and saw about self-tapping bolts. That doesn't sound too good to me...perhaps I'm misunderstanding it?

I'm thinking they'd be a fantastic fix/upgrade/protector to my weak rockers (after I fix the rust on them with Bondo)
Anyone running the bushwacker flat flares would be a bonus.

Yeah, well turns out Dad isn't as interested in a welder as he made me believe unfortunately, and it's going to be a long time before I can afford one on my own

Yeah, I haven't committed to it yet. Damn rust is really stressing me out with this build. Seems like the best option is to put all of my projects on hold until I can get a welder...ugh!
these sliders use the pinch seam and the actual rocker for support. they included self taping screws that you need to use to screw into your rocker. so if you rockers are rusted out or bondo filled the sliders will not have as much strength/support. these are very nice sliders. they are very strong and very well made. I have a buddy who runs them and i also have been thinking about getting them sense i just replaced my rockers and these are very sleek.

You're right. My rockers are definitely in no condition to support the weight of the vehicle on a slider that relies upon it. I found a great thread over on NAXJA posting of someone's experience with them, and I've decided that they don't make sense for me. (sorry don't have the link right now) The most cost effective solution for me is to fix my rockers the RIGHT way by cutting out all the crud, and welding in new 2x6. **** just got real with my build! haha. I really do like how the JCR's look though, but for the same price of them, I can get a welder and 2x6 and make my own beef. Thanks everyone

The link you posted listed the price for the JCRs at $370 ish IIRC

Haha, it's all good. Stay away from the HF welders, they SUCK! I bought one a while back to do sheet metal work with and ended up punting the damn thing across the yard.
