I have stock arms on 3" you'll be okay. Caster won't be tuned but its not a big deal. As for the links I ran stock links for a while and the slightly different angle wore out my already worn bushings a little faster. I extended them myself by cutting and welding a segment of bolt in to make them longer. You'll be okay with stock links though

They will work fine but it would be smart to adjust them as far forward as you can. Get the most of their adjustment. Brake lines are an issue at 3" when you disconnect. If the tire droops straight, the line will just get taught, if you turn the wheel over, you run the risk of snatching them apart. You can bend the hard line more straight and relocate the bracket for the soft line an get another inch or so of length.
