Issue with front coil spring
Recently I installed a re 3.5 lift in my 99 xj. Since the install, the driver side front coil spring binds and pops on certain bumps. Im not sure how to explain what it does but that’s the best I can come up with. Has any one else experienced this and how did fix it?

I can get one later. I’m not with the Jeep right now. But the coil is set as it should be. A picture won’t really show anything. But I’ll post one later. My previous lift (3” rough country) did the exact same thing. Just less frequent. This is constantly every time I hit a good bump and the suspension flexes.

Did you clock the coils when they went in? Do you have the little locking tab for the coils bolted in and holding the coil in place? Where is this picture we are supposed to get?

The suspension is not able to cycle properly due to the poor geometry of the control arms. Install a control arm drop kit and I'm willing to bet the symptoms you describe go away.

On the previous lift you could tell the bottom of the coil spring was catching/binding on the center spring perch and it would finally have enough force to overcome whatever it got hung up on and it would pop. On the old lift with rough country springs you could push down on the front bumper enough and cause the noise. Now with the rubicon express 3.5” the springs are stiffer and are just stiff enough where you can’t cycle the suspension enough by hand to cause it

I have the RE 3.5" Super-Ride on mine and it took some finessing to get it where I wanted it, including the CAD's ( I'm using Rocky Road Outfitters). Trust me, get the control arm angles correct and it will ride, handle and sound much better. With suspensions, geometry is everything.
