Issue with front coil spring
Understood. Are your current coils the 240lb/in rate? That is why. That is a very firm coil rate for a relatively light-weight vehicle.
I have the RE 3.5" Super-Ride on mine and it took some finessing to get it where I wanted it, including the CAD's ( I'm using Rocky Road Outfitters). Trust me, get the control arm angles correct and it will ride, handle and sound much better. With suspensions, geometry is everything.

I do have an adjustable track bar and I believe it’s all centered. I’ll have to re check. I didn’t think I need drop brackets because most say 4.5” or higher of lift.
Understood. You clearly do need them though; the pix and your description the truth. Alternatively, you could go LA but I'll leave comments on that to people with experience with LA's. Just a thought.

I will here in just a bit. Like I said though this noise was happening before I had this lift installed, on the previous rough country 3”. I changed over to this lift and it still happens. It’s something in how the lower spring perch and the coil spring are hitting each other and binding

. You'll be glad you did. It'll become a different beast if you do it right. As it is, it's just beating itself to death and it will wear components out prematurely.
