Default isolators vs spacers???

After seeing a current post on something simmilar to this one... I was wondering if I have a 3/4" iso and my stock iso wich I believe is 1/2". Will they equal 1 1/4"s of added lift. Or will the weight of the body compress them alittle. But if so... to what size. I need to know this because I need to decide at what setting I'm goin to install my shackles at.
Any help is appreciated.
