Default Iron Rock Off Road coil spring retainers

Has anyone gotten these yet?

I have been having problems getting mine on, once I put the Jeep back on the ground and tried to put them in, it seemed as if it just weren't the right one, which IRO also thought. They confirmed it was the right one but it still didn't line up no matter what I did. Does anyone have any tips on how to make it go on right?

Yes I am talking to IRO right now any they have not come across the issue, and are asking the other employees if they have seen or heard of the same problem.

I have sent them the pics. The guy I'm talking to has never seen it and said everything looks like it should be.
