Interior Mods
Seriously? 4 pages of thread wasted on mounting a freakin flashlight? Is this really considered a mod? Sounds like a 2 second thing considering you could throw it in the glove box. I consider a mod something useful and cool. A flashlight is handy but I'd rather spend my time modding something worth talking about.
That interior "roof rack" is pretty cool I must say.
I don't have my interior all hacked up as of yet, but I did do a mod to mine mounting the 32" full size spare and keeping some cargo space.

Lyon who cares its just a post on a forum. If he would have started a new thread on his flashlight install, you probably would have complained about that. The guy is excited about his jeep and his flashlight. big deal.

If you're in a crash that bad, then you're gonna need more than a flashlight. I'd be looking for my cell phone 1st.
Yes, that would be the one. That looks pretty awesome. Nice idea. I know it's off topic but where did you find your front grill. I haven't seen that anywhere yet. I like it.

You give him hell about mounting his flashlight, yet your much more worthy mod is that you mounted a spare tire in the stock location?

Not giving him hell but just thought it was useless post IMO. I am allowed to have that aren't I? I've been blasted on this forum for everything from hood vents, to electric fans and way more important issues than his flashilight or my spare tire location. And I don't think it's really worth the effort going back on forth on such a stupid subject.
Now as far as the spare tire location goes, yes it is a mod. I had to make a bracket set up and cut out the rear hatch cover for it to fit. Most people go out and spend a few hundred bucks buying or making one. Or buy or make an expensive roof rack. So for those who don't have the cash and need a good alternative, they know it can be done. I think a spare is more important to have than a flashlight is. Unless you need it to see if your spare is flat.
And what's great is, if you have an accident in the daytime, you can let the flashlight rest comfortably in the glove box.

The entire forum was not based solely on the flashlight if you read my original post its about all interior mods then you start bashing me for a flashlight mount..im dropping it...Hoping to see some more rear cargo racks..I know they are out there!
