are you making sure that the yellow wire is getting continous 12v power even when the jeep is off,and the red wiregettiong powere only when you filp the key to the ON position?

They all seem to be vibrating, if you could get a pic of it that would be cool

I tried using some screws and L brackets but the screws didnt grab on to anything under the carpet

I only found one wire that gave me the 12v, however if I only wanted the radio to be on when the key is in the ON position then would that work?

You hook the constant to the accessory to save your radio settings and clock time. You put the main power to the radio to a 12v that powers with the key turned.

Only way to learn is to try is what i always say! Most you can do is create another learning experience for yourself... and maybe cost you some more money... lol

Im 18 an ive been doing work on cars my hole life
Youll pick it up an workin on things will flow alot easier
