Default XJ control arm length measurement

Found a chart with recommended upper and lower arm lengths based off lift height. Looking like 16.4 for my application on the lower arms. Can someone confI'm that the measurement should be from center to center of the holes ? I don't have the chart length but I'm assuming someone here knows to what I'm referring.

I have a chart that says 4" is 16.33" and 4.5" is 16.5". It is center to center of the bolt holes.

Here you go..

I noticed something before and after this installation. My right coil seems to be closer to my sway bar end.. ie more forward.. than the left coil.

I measured each CA, upper and lower, to me sure each pair matched. I don't see anything bent. What would.be a good reference point from which to measure to make sure axle is in fact straight ?

Is your sway bar centered... I noticed something similiar on my rig but after closer inspection found the bar had somehow migrated toward the passenger side. moved it back to center and I still check regularly.

So its not a sway bar alignment problem. The sway bar is centered, not shifted.

Still have the end of the sway bar touching against the spring on passenger side and a gap on driver side. When I installed the disconnects the people at Rough Country told me I would not need the drop down brackets anymore so those were removed. Im wondering now if this was incorrect.

I can relocated the holds for the sway bar disconnects so the ends touching the spring are in a different location and not touching but Im still puzzled as to why with all of my control arms being equal in length that this is happening. It makes me feel as if the axle is more forward on the passenger side. Other than having equal length arms I do not know how you can verify. Any help ?
