are they good injectors say compared to the 784's? because thats what i thought i was buying and they guy sent me these.

no, i would get the 784's, the ford 30# injectors are too much injector for your jeep.

What if I do run them? At least untill I get 784's? Will they kill my engine?

Awesome I love when people screw up. I have to deal with them for now. I threw out those old nasty stock injectors.
