Injectors
Does anyone know if the fuel injectors from a 1999 Ford F150 5.4L or a 2002 Ford F150 4.6L will work on a 1988 XJ 4.0L?

I know most people use the neon injectors, ive even heard of someone using liberty 3.7 injectors I think. But haven't heard of using those.

I know some mustang injectors will work and they come with 5.0s and 4.6s, but didn't know if there was a difference in the injectors in the mustang and the truck. I ask because I can get the truck injectors for free

But will either the f150 5.4l or 4.6l work. As I said, I can get them for free and if they will, I will be ahead of the game.
