So im going on a camping trip to Vermont in July and was wondering how i could get my MPG on my Cherokee up so i could drive it up there. It sits stock for now but i probably will do doing a 3-4 lift and 32's (i know not good for gas) so i was looking to improve my MPG. Thanks guys

 

All people on here will tell you is do a full tune up plugs wires cap rotor coil fuel filter properly inflated tires less weight and dont flore it keep the RPMs under 2K

 

Go easy on the skinny pedal, drive the speed limit, and use your cruise control if you have it.

 

injectors? bored tb? CAI?

 

None of those would help gas mileage if they were working properly before. And unless you're talking a snorkel or something similar, CAI are junk.

 

taking my mechanical fan off and switching to electric fan helped me out alot.

 

Some young kid around here did that with the ford fans, he also managed to swap in a elec. water pump and did the ac bypass pulley.
