Idle vibration in gear after 1" TC drop
I have a 2000 XJ 4.0 with 3" lift and after I installed a 1" transfer case spacers I'm getting a really bad vibration anytime I'm at a complete stop while in gear. Everything is torqued to spec. Anyone had this issue and what did you do to fix it? Thanks.

check the engine and trans mounts and where the exhaust pipe is routed over the crossmember.

Everything checks out fine. I feel like it's the exhaust that's causing the bad vibration. It seems like the transfer case has shifted when I first removed the crossmember and install the new transmission mount in. The crossmember (once screwed into the transmission mount) was misaligned so bad that I had to use a rachet to push and pull the crossmember to get the 4 spacer screws into the frame. So now the exhaust is so stressed from the misalign that it's causing the vibration? It's so annoying.
