So i bought some short arms and while i was tsking my stock arms off the axle swung back how do i push it foward??

 

You could rig up a "come-along" to it.. (like a hoist) Or, make a loop of strong rope around the axle and forward to part of the front frame and put a long wrench or screwdriver in the loop and twist it. If you can picture that
