Default I NEED HELP

Okay. My Cherokee had death wobble back when I bought it. I've done everything I can think of to try and rid of it. Balljoints, adjustable track bar, tie rod ends, new steering box. If there is possible anything else please do not hesitate to to say anything. Usually starts wobbling at 30 mph. And won't stop unless I come to a near complete stop.

Ok, I'm no expert on this. Never experienced it. Are the tires balanced? Is the front end aligned? Is it possible that your castor is way off?

The bolt hole for the track bar mount on the axle wallowed out? Unbolt it from the axle and inspect it closely. If it is egg shaped at all, there's your problem. At that point I would weld a thick washer over the hole to fix the issue.

have not aligned the front end. I was hoping to solve the issue and then take it to get it aligned. Seems that I will be towing it however. Tires are not balanced last I know of. Also the track bar bolt hole is in fine shape. I will replace a couple other components as they are needed and get the alignment.

Measure your toe in with a helper and a measuring tape. Don't always trust the shop guys either. They left my 99 with 3/4" toe out. They said it was set to factory spec as I drove off with the sound of dragging tires.

What shape are the tires in? What air pressure are you running? How are the control arm bushings?

Tired aren't in the best of shape but I have my two best tires up front which are fairly decent. Control arm bushings aren't not bad but could be replaced. And about 35 pounds in the tires

is this all you have replaced and checked because death wobble can be many things. I had a steering stabilizer that was stuck once so the steering would bounce until slowed to 20 or below.

im betting unit bearings if like the previous poster said if the trac bar mount isnt wallowed out. how is the trac bar bracket? also how immediate and violent is the DW?

track bar bracket seems to be fine. I will check it out again tonight. And it immediately hits at 30 and it's fairly violent.

UPDATE:

took a video of the steering components and went back and reviewed the results. Turns out the track bar bracket is wallowed. It moves a good half inch. Will be drilling it tonight and getting a bigger bolt.
