UPDATE:

got everything nice an snug now. Still wobbles but it's driveable now. Got a few more things on the list to do such as fixed lower control arms, adjustable uppers, wheel hubs, dual steering stabilizer and sway bar quick link disconnects. A few shocks were loose as well. Drives much smoother but hopefully I will have it done here in the next couple weeks. Thanks for the help everybody

this is the video I made. Take a look at the track bar moving back and forth and the control arm moving back and forth at an angle.
