Can you guys confirm I most likely broke the center pin and all I need to do is hammer it back into place and replace the pin? Sorry for the shakey pic

Ya, that sure looks like what happend. Main leaf is still intact. Take it apart and put a new center pin in.

thats what I figured... I am wondering if a quick trip to home depot or ace to pick up a grade 8 allen bolt would suffice?

Tackling this tomorrow guys, what would be the best way to do this? I was thinking of pulling the wheel, loosening the u bolts and tapping the slipped leafs back into line to drop in a new Ace hardware 5/16th or 3/8's allen cap bolt. Think that will work or will I need to go and buy some c clamps etc?

That's pretty much it. Droop the axle down lower than the leafs and line everything up. The Allen bolts at my local hardware store are grade 10.9, make sure you get at least grade 8.
