Question How much lift...

Okay so I know this is a hard question to answer but I live sort of far away from my Jeep where I rent the garage. I've been going there on Sundays to work on it. Anyways I have a buddy that lives close to the garage and I told him to go measure it but as you can see he measured it the wrong way but he has already driven home... I want to order the shocks tonight.. it has 3 inch iro Springs up front. Any idea to tell how much lift from this photo so I can order the bilsteins?

no cant tell from photo.. If its 3" they say for lift 3.5-4" you need front Bilstein 24-188197 and back 33-066868..if its 2-3",,for the front Bilstein 24-185622 and back 24-185639

how to find out how much lift u have.
from the top of the axle tube (tube and not linkage) to the bottom of the "frame rail" the rail and again no linkage

front stock is 6.75"
rear stock is 6"

anything more is lift

its 38 1/2 from the floor if that helps any... I wish he wouldve measured it correctly... I think ill just order the 3.5-4in shocks as it looks a tad larger than 3in of lift... Any other input? Id rather be a tad larger and bumpstop more than be too small and blow out my new shocks

I would wait and get real measurements by flexing the jeep to see what you need in length extended and collapse before you get shocks.

I think that's a good idea. Id hate to spend that much on shocks that don't even fit. Thank You much for your help!
