Stand at a distance in front of jeep and eyeball it. Also stand over tire and sight straight down of outside edge and note where it sits at fender edge, compare to other side.
It looks even to me

It doesn't look centered to me.

See how the springs don't look vertical?

And how the end of your bumper aligns with the tread pattern?

From the photo in #7 your track bar is already adjusted as short as it will go though. You may need to modify or replace it.

Yeah I can see how that's off a little, I don't understand why the track bar would be adjusted all the way yet won't work even when its an adjustable track bar? Do you think this one is only for a 3 inch lift and I need to get one for a 4 inch lift? What else could be wrong?

The problem is that the track bar is too long you need a shorter one.

I am wondering where the axle will end up under full compression if it's centered at ride height and the track bar is angled at 10 degrees? Won't the axle travel at the arc of the track bar and end up a long way from the (theoretical) bump stops?

That's not a factory steering setup. Looks like it might be an older Currie setup. A vendor on here would know better.

That track bar is for a taller lift, but should still work. If the joint at chassis will not screw in more, let us know, there is another way to shorten it that may work.

Yes, the axle does move side to side when the suspension is cycled, also the steering turns back and forth. This is why a steering system should have as flat an angle as possible.
Inside diameter of coil springs is about 4". Bumpstop tower is 2" so there is some room to move. Up-travel is usually no more than 5", measure the remaining shaft of shock to see how much up travel remains. Bumpstop axle to stop, just before the full stroke of shock.

Ok thanks for the info about the track bar, ill worry about it after the new tie rods are in and its back from the alignment shop. It might be a while till I have time to do that because I just started my internship today and paramedic school starts in less than a month. I also have to replace the power steering pump and rear brake lines after this. There was a lot of carnage from my last wheeling trip.

Thanks for all your help guys. I'm really liking this forum!
