Im sick of the Hot soak issues. Sometimes when I turn my jeep off, Its spits and sputters after I start it back up. On my volkswagens, the electric fans would always run after i shut the motor off. HOw can i Do this? Are their any tricks or will i need to just wire in a manual switch?

Yes, there is one or two. First, vent your hood. It will let out a lot of heat. Second, there is a timer that will automatically activate the fan after shut down for a preset length of time. Contact Mudddeprived on CherokeeTalk.com for what he did.

or you can get a temp switch, and set it to around 190 or so, then your fan will kick in whenever the temp is over 190 and shut off around 180, that way it still runs when you shut off the car.

I installed a volvo 900 temperature switch housing on the upper radiator hose... with a 91c Bosche temps switch (came out of the radiator of a Volvo 900) then used a Bosche 30 amp relay to take power direct off the battery and right to the e-fan

I dont think that would work, Because the stock switch is set at 215-217... And if i shut the jeep off when the E-fan is on. The Fan just stops when the motor is shut off. Than when i go to start it back up a couple minutes later the temp has crept up to 230ish. That would be nice if that did work though.

So can you use this manually? Sounds pretty cool!
