is there any info on putting a ho head on renix motor usinq ho intake/exhaust manifolds ,and the fitting of the iac and tps wiring from ho to renix harness .or using renix manifolds and port matching them to ho port size on head i see people have done the swap but cant find any body that did it these ways ?

You can use HO equipment, just know that there will be nowhere to install the EGR. Only an issue if you have emmisions/visual check. Otherwise, my Renix XJ runs great without the EGR functioning.

i know this has been done what im asking is has anybody ever port matched the renix intake to the ho head or got a ho head and intake with ho tps and iac to work with the renix conputer system

All four of the OEM "closed system" RENIX rigs I've owned have run cooler than the one "open system" converted RENIX rig I've had. Go figure.
Besides, if the "closed" cooling system is so bad, why is it gaining in popularity? GM was using it back in the early 1990's, my wife's 2005 Verona uses it, and you'd be amazed at how many vehicles I've seen it in!
The only real problem that can be said to belong to the "closed" system is the necessity to purge air from behind the thermostat when you fill the system - look up what I've had to say about drilling the flange on the thermostat to eliminate that little headache.
As far as the OP:
The AMC I6 heads all used the same mounting setup from 1975 forward. While the manifolds won't swap between RENIX and HO (the intake ports were raised. I am given to understand that it can be done with some work, it's certainly not a direct swap and I'm not sure of the work needed at the moment...) bringing the intake over is doable.
The only real headache you're going to run into is getting the RENIX TPS to work with the HO throttle body - electrically speaking, they operate in opposite directions. This can be handled readily - I know there are a few threads on NAXJA about this very thing, with pictures.
You'd have to make an adapter plate to put the RENIX throttle body on an HO manifold - or vice versa - since the mounting is different (the RENIX uses three screws, the HO uses four. I know the RENIX screws are 3/8", I think the HO screws/studs are 5/16".)
Can it be done? Yes. Is it a bolt-on swap? No.

The operating system is still much friendlier in my concern.

freegdr do you still check out NortheastFL4x4.com? I am actually doing this swap to my jeep. When I build the bottom end its getting all HO top parts and it will work.
