Hello All, I have a question on which steering stabilizer to get.
Mine looks like this pic below with the threaded shaft end, does anyone know what year i should order for?
Most of the pics i see for 99's have the eyelet end on both sides, and that wont work unless i get a new bracket.
Or are the pics i see for the 99's just a "stock" photo, and they do look like the one i pictured?
My Jeep is a 1999 Cherokee with the JCR 1 ton steering upgrade, i just want to replace the worn stabilizer.

i think its pointless to have one on a 1 ton steering. I got rid of mine when I upgraded. well I kinda had to if I wanted full range of steering.

What do you run for steering?

I also threw my dampener in the trash along with the stock Inverted Y, where those items belong. By definition, a steering dampener dampens steering feel, so you get less feedback and road feel.

To those that actually tried to help thank you for the responses.
Like I said the Jeep came to me with it setup already, if i can get a replacement for $30-40 whats the harm.
I figured out the answer myself by taking a closer look, so i figured i would post it for anyone searching in the future that actually wants a legit answer. Not a bunch of replies saying its not needed.
If its not needed fine, but you can at least still try and help with the question instead of giving snotty replies.
The bracket is square and can be clocked however you want, if you have the threaded kind clock it so the hole lines up with the threads, if you have the eyelet with the bushing, clock it so a bolt can go through the eyelet and mount it that way. Super easy answer.
